App Terms of Service
The use of the BLIVALE mobile application and its connected services is subject to the acceptance of these Terms of Service.
1. Subject of Service
The BLIVALE App provides access to global mobile connectivity services via eSIM technology and physical SIM cards. The service is provided "as is," subject to the network availability of local roaming partners.
2. User Account
The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials. BLIVALE reserves the right to suspend accounts showing suspicious activity or violations of security protocols tracked by our monitoring systems.
3. Device Compatibility
It is the user's sole responsibility to verify device compatibility (eSIM support) before purchase. BLIVALE will not issue refunds for purchases made for incompatible devices.
4. Limitation of Liability
BLIVALE is not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure, local operator network failures, or incorrect device configurations by the user.
