In compliance with Google Play's security and transparency requirements, BLIVALE offers users the ability to manage and delete their data easily and permanently.

How to delete your account

You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data in two ways:

  • From within the App: Go to the "Profile" or "Settings" section, select "Account Management," and click "Delete Account." This process is immediate.

What data is deleted?

Upon completion of the procedure, BLIVALE will permanently remove:

  • First name, last name, and email address.
  • Configuration preferences and personal activity logs.
  • Order history and eSIM plans (except for legal tax retention obligations).

Processing times and Irreversibility

Requests sent via email are processed within 48 hours. Once the operation is complete, the data cannot be recovered, and access to associated services will be permanently terminated.
