➔ How do I install my eSIM?

After purchase, you will receive the QR Code directly via email. Scan it with a compatible device or, if you prefer, enter the data manually in your smartphone's network settings (SM-DP+ Address and Activation Code) as provided in the email.

➔ The App does not detect the connection, what should I do?

Ensure that "Data Roaming" is enabled in the eSIM settings on your phone. If the issue persists, restart your device or toggle Airplane Mode on and off.

➔ Can I use the same eSIM on multiple phones?

No. For security reasons, an eSIM can only be installed and activated on a single device. Once the QR Code is scanned, the resource is locked to that phone.
